The lava stones are very smooth to the touch, perhaps finished with a 320 grit sanding. Was originally thinking of them as accents for a large warrior style bracelet. But I think these are refined just enough to pull off a stand alone bracelet that can be pulled off with a suit. At least for someone with at least an 8 inch wrist. The stones do have a pretty good width.
