Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please include your order number in your return, so we can process your refund promptly.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept any returns for altered items. Examples of altered items are bead strands that have had their string or wire cut and removed, restrung beads, and damage after the item is received by buyer. For returns that result in the original purchase less than $35 but received free shipping, we'll deduct $6.99 from the refund total to cover our initial shipping cost.
