I purchased one strand of 3.5-4mm beads, which had 111 beads. This is my second purchase of these particular beads.
The overall color is a cloudy milky grey with black specks of inclusions. Some are a darker grey, others a tinge brown, but are overall very consistent. They are consistent to the strand purchased prior, as well.
They have great flash. Primarily blue and green, but also yellow to orange.
They are overall very consistent in size, shape, color, and cut.

I purchased one strand of the 3.5-4mm faceted rounds, which contained 112 beads. They fall more to the 3.5 size than the 4.
Almost every bead contains significant flash. They're a smoky light grey color, of which most have some sort of black inclusion. The flash is primarily blue, with some green to yellow, and a few even have hints of orange. Some beads have very light flash, mostly blue with a few orange. Some beads do not have any flash, but these are very few.
The shape and cut of the beads are all consistent. There are a few that aren't entirely faceted, and it seems like these are only ones with little to no flash.
As someone who has a lot of labradorite jewelry, I am very pleased with these beads.
