Guaranteed 100% natural mushroom jasper from Arizona not treated in any way... This stone is also called mushroom rhyolite. It is found in several areas northwest of Phoenix, Arizona. The rock gets its name from the repeating gray pattern that sometimes looks like a mass of growing mushrooms. We bought this material years ago and just recently got it cut into beads. We only made a small batch of these beads. Grab them before they're gone!
