I purchased one strand of the 3mm faceted cubes, which was approximately 137 beads. They are consistent in size, shape, and color. Facets can be 'hard to see' this small, if you want more obvious, I recommend not going smaller than 4mm.
Overall there are very few obvious flaws in any of the beads- they are drilled evenly, none are disproportionately sized, no gouges or 'missed' facets. There is the occasional black inclusion, some appear rough or cloudy on a side, but in counterpoint a few beads have spots of beautiful flash that I was delighted to find.
The color is impeccably consistent throughout the strand: they are perfectly clear, bright green that you would expect when purchasing peridot.

Overall great quality stones, however some beads have small defects where the drill might've produced slightly varying hole sizes, and with such small beads I understand these things happen, but it can make stringing them a little difficult.
