This was a pretty strand of tourmaline laced with purple lepidolite. I wanted a more purply pink for a vintage magenta pendant and these worked well. Quite a few of the beads were grayer than I wanted but I was able to get as many as I needed out of the strand for my project.

Absolutely gorgeous. My customer wanted these for her granddaughter who loves Unicorns and color. These did not disappoint. You can see the pink tourmaline and purple lepidolite in every bead. Only 3 beads had some white matrix which can be expected in natural stone beads.
