Initially the seller sent the wrong item (lepidolite) in lieu of the correct item. I've ordered a lot of beads from this company, and errors are rare. That said, I had no difficulty contacting the seller, who kindly sent what I had ordered on. This is a lovely strand of strawberry quartz, with a nice cut, sparkle and color to it.
