After ordering from Intrinsic for over a year, I just received the worst shipment of beads. Moonstones are of poor quality, I had other beads that were GLUED BACK TOGETHER. There are flat areas on a lot of the beads and ordered rainbow obsidian that had absolutely no rainbows (out of 6 strands of different sizes, you would think you would see something) Intrinsic sends crappy product and then wants you to pay to get it back to them. And yes, I did reach out to customer service before writing this review. Customer service basically said they’re sorry the product didn’t meet my expectations. My expectations? After ordering thousands and thousands of dollars worth of beads from Intrinsic, my only expectation was that you not send me repaired or crappy beads, unless you specifically say that what I’m buying is damaged, you are misleading the customer. Good luck! A company is only as good as how they react when there is an issue.
