The beads are nice and I do recommend them, but it was the communication of the seller that deserves praise. I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and somehow my envelope ended up in New Hampshire making the rounds through that state not just once but twice. Don't know what happened with USPS processing but the seller was very patient with my inquiries about the delay and walked with me through tracking promising to file a missing mail if necessary and reassuring me until it finally arrived.
