Item exactly as pictured. I've had these for over a year now as an accent piece on a beach outfit. They go in and out of the water and have faded quite a bit, a couple dozen trips later, but I haven't lost any to shattering or wearing off of the thread they're attached to. To fix the fading I apply a coat or two of Linseed/Mineral Oil and they come right back to life.
