I purchased one strand of the 3.5mm faceted rounds, which contained 118 beads. They are very consistently a deep, dark scarlet red, with the more opaque being nearly black and those with some translucence being a bit brighter.
Overall they are very consistent in size and shape, with some having flaws on closer inspection. These flaws though I would say are not unexpected for being natural grade gem beads.
The photo was taken in low-medium natural light. It was not edited.
Color and stones were the deep red garnet that I was expecting. I bought some rhodolite garnet from another vendor and this were very close.
