Sacred to many cultures, turquoise is prized for its intense colors that vary greatly from the softest of sky blues to the mossiest of greens, all depending on the quantities of iron and copper found in it. Turquoise is a persnickety and difficult stone as it needs the right type of minerals to be in just the right place at the right time for a long time, near millions of years, just to form.
Turquoise is revered as the Life stone in metaphysical lore, known to strengthen, cleanse, and bring affection to those who carried or wore it. It is even said to preserve friendships and slowly bring enemies around to your side in time.
Turquoise is found in places with dry climates around the world, most notably United States, Mexico, Iran, Chile, China, and Tibet.
Turquoise is known for its metaphysical properties enhancing communication, confidence, and honesty. Wearing Intrinsic Trading turquoise can assist you with maintaining a calm and loving atmosphere around you wherever you go. It is one of the oldest and most widely used protection stones available.
