The gems themselves are of good quality and met my expectations. No damage. Timely shipping and delivery.
There was one strand that had an issue — I received a strand of Smokey Quartz instead of Ice Obsidian. I messaged the seller and provided photo proof of the wrong item. Immediately, they sent me a refund and even allowed me to keep the incorrect strand. Top notch resolution! Simple, generous, and earned my loyalty for sure.
