These are nice pearls, but looked more colorful in stock photos. Most of the beads ordered from this shop have been stellar. These pearls are just okay🙂

Based on the website appearance of these pearls, I bought a strand for some new designs. I am a long-time customer, both on-line and in Tucson. Of the 37 pearls, only two were somewhat usable. The rest were definitely inferior in a major way. I called to get a replacement, but I was told that all of them were that bad and none could be sent to me. I appreciated the offer of a refund so I sent them back. My question is, why were they still for sale on the website for $45.99 per strand if none were at all like the picture there?
