The pearls were damaged due to the plastic spacers strung between them. It gouged circles into the pearls which would have been seen as great quality. I was offered a discount for the damage or the hassle of returning. Needless to say I accepted the discount, but I am still frustrated that the original seller strung them up in the first place. Please do better to inspect your inventory before shipping to customers.
