I love this crystal her energy is very loving and when I'm feeling irritable or like dense emotions in general I put her on with my golden lepidolite bead (put it on the necklace with this crystal on hemp rope) and I go for a walk and she really helps me THROUGH the density so helps me process and feel at peace (with walking out in nature)
