This rare material was discovered next to a strawberry quartz mine in Chihuahua, Mexico. So please don't be surprised if you see tint of pink/red colorations, which are likely caused by the rich iron oxide deposits in the area. The same mineral is known for contributing to the pink/red colors of strawberry quartz.
