These are nice, but they are a very pale gray, not the darker color pictured. I've had this also occur recently with some amethyst, where it appeared the color was a darker purple when in fact it was quite light. When gemstones are not opaque, a lighter background (not black) should be used to photograph so a truer color tone is shown. I will use them, but not as intended which is annoying if items are purchased for a particular design.
