While the colors are not as vivid as the picture, this bead cut is so unusual and organic-looking and sizable, 14 or 16mm, that this bead makes for a statement piece in whatever jewelry you make with it. I brought out the muted greens and blues with other large azurite beads that are stronger in color. It makes for a stunning combo. I still would prefer the colors are represented correctly in the pictures.

While the actual color is not as vivid and bright as the pictures, I found different cut azurite that is true blue/ green and added these beads to my jewelry projects. It brought out the muted tones of these beads so my necklace/ bracelet is even more interesting and intense in color. These different cut beads complimented each other so these beads turned out to be outstanding in the end. One of a kind work of art!
